This is a silk cover illustrated souvenir pillow cover. It has yellow edges on all four sides, and three images on each side with images also in the middle. The background color of the pillow is orange, red, and blue and they form a cloudlike shape. On the top left side, there is an image of soldiers operating a big gun with the words, "Aircraft gun". Underneath that, is an image of a plane with the words, "Bomber". Underneath that, is an image of an army tank with the words, "Tank" written there. On the top right corner, there is another image of men operating a gun with the words, "Machine gun." Underneath that, is an image of a man floating with a parachute, with the words, "Para- Trooper". On the bottom right side is men in another machine with the words, "Field Gun" underneath. In the middle of the pillowcase, there is an image at the top of a soldier with an american flag and the words U.S. ARMY. Underneath that, the words SISTER are written in black. Underneath that there is a poem written that says, "Of all the girls I ever knew. There never was One like you. You're the nearest- You're the dearest- Pal I ever knew. Underneath that are the letters BTRP. A 149TH JF.A.Bn" On the bottom of the pillowcase is an eagle with a flag in the center of it's chest that's a square shape. The words, "E Pluribus Unum" are written on the right and left side. |
