Booklet that has the itinerary for the County Clerks 47th Annual Convention. It took place from July 6th to 9th in 1955. It was held in Ludington, Michigan on the 6th and 7th and then a boat was taken to Milwaukee, Wisconson on the 8th. The first page lists the Officers of the Association. The last page contains a list of all the county clerks in Michigan at the time.

Disbursement record for the new courthouse. It includes the totals paid to Arnold & Tezak, Inc., Ted Andrus-Northwestern Electric Service, Axtell Plumbing & Heating, Harford Feild & Associates-Architects, Empire National Bank. It lists total money spent on Furnishings and Equipment and Landscaping. The final total spent on the building of the courthouse was $253,107.55.

Police report and handwritten note regarding extra cell block keys. Object (a) is a photocopy of a Leelanau County Sheriff Department report for stolen, lost or recovered property created on September 16, 1971. It notes that extra keys are stored with the County Clerk in the vault. Object (b) is a note that reads: "Cell Block Keys - extra set. Received from Fred Buehrer, September 16, 1971. To he kept in County Clerk's Vault."
