A small booklet published by the Gunnard company, who also sold canning equipment. Filled with recipes and instructions on how to can and what not to do. Includes a recipe on the back cover to preserve a husband. The booklet was compiled by Gunnar Ahlquist, B.A. a noted canning expert. A few pages have been scanned and attached here.
