4. Tablecloth. White linen with blue and yellow panels on each end. Owned and used by Nellie Couturier and Lawrence C. Couturier. Nellie's maiden name was Johnson. Lake Leelanau settler's (Gustav and Mary Johnson). Lawrence's family from Elk Rapids (John and Louise Couturier). Lawrence owned "Wayside Market" on corner of Herman Road and M204 1930-1940. Connie and Wyam, children of Nellie and Lawrence.

5. This is a scale with a counterbalance. It is cast metal and has a bronze weight and platform. Base painted black, red and gold with pin striping. "Jones" is painted in gold letters with red shadowing. On the scale bar it says "Jones of Binghamton". On the original deed of gift it reads "The stapler [the other item in this accession] and scale were among a group of antique items George and Betsy Bushnell obtained from Mr. and Mrs. Johnson of Leland in the 1970's. Mr. Johnson was postmaster after the Lederle sisters. This couple, the Johnson's, also owned and managed the Pederson Store (on the site of and in the building where Harbor house now is)
